“Made in India” is the internationally standardized form used in global trade, customs documentation, and import/export labeling. While a Devanagari version would be beautiful, it isn’t part of the standard — and for products crossing borders, the English form is what matters legally and logistically. These logos are designed primarily for that international-facing use case. For domestic Indian markets, the English form is also widely understood and used.
